Block types

Currently Fundamento supports following types of content, grouped in the same way as you’ll find in Blocks Menu (opened with / or +).

Headings

  • Heading 1: The largest heading, can be easily added with shortcut /h1.
  • Heading 2: The medium-sized heading, can be easily added with shortcut /h2.
  • Heading 3: The smallest heading, can be easily added with shortcut /h3.

Basic Blocks

  • Numbered List: Indents your list and automatically generates the next number.
  • Bullet List: Bullets. Shortcut * + space (or - + space, or + + space).
  • Check List: Checkboxes for tasks and such. Shortcut [].
  • Paragraph: Just your casual plain text.
  • Code: Add a block of code in any language, complete with syntax coloring.

Media

  • Image: Upload images or add images on your page.
  • Video: Upload your own file or embed from YouTube, Vimeo, etc.
  • Audio: Upload your own recording or embed from Spotify, Soundcloud, etc.
  • File: Upload any sort of file to a page to store it exactly where you want it.

Others

  • Emoji: Brings up the emoji picker.

Advanced

  • Grid table: Creates a simple set of columns and rows.
  • Advanced table : Adds a database to the document, capable of calculating formulas and referencing other tables. Learn more.
  • Chart: Adds a chart based on data from one of the Advanced tables.
  • Button: Lets you automate specific actions with one click. Learn more.
  • Formula: Lets you calculate and display result of a custom formula. Learn more.
