Organizations

Organizations separate data stored in Fundamento from different users. Users within one Organization cannot view, share nor edit documents, databases, automations and etc. stored in other Organizations.

Users can be members of multiple Organizations, but within one browser session they operate in the context of a single Organization. If you want to view data from a few Organizations simultaneously from one device, you need to use separate browsers or separate browser user profiles.

Organizations page

All Organization related actions are performed from the Organizations page accessible from the user menu (top-right in the work area) under Organizations item: image.png Location of Organizations page

Creating Organization

When signing up for an account in Fundamento, you will be prompted to create your first Organization. To create additional Organizations navigate to Organizations page and click Create button: image.png Creating Organization, step 1

For the Self Hosted Fundamento that’s enough - from now on the newly added User is active member of Organization. In our SaaS offering hosted on Fundamento.cloud, invitees need to first confirm the invitation from their Inbox and create Fundamento account: image.png
